As founder and President, Mr. Amicone directs, co-ordinates, and oversees a select team of dedicated professionals to ensure overall target objectives are attained. Ensuring a seamless delivery to the client, Mr. Amicone is responsible for the overall management of the entire contract, leading and maintaining internal programmes and workcycles as well as dealing at the senior level with the owner, local Authorities and all third-party stakeholders.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Elias brings over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, financial and public reporting to all Amico projects. His experience also includes P3 financing, project management, internal controls and compliances, system design and EPR implementation. Elias has broad experience working with multi-national public and private companies in multi-discipline industries in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and APAC countries. As CFO, his responsibilities include working with Executive Management on strategic planning, policies and procedures, project management practices and internal controls. Elias holds a post-graduate degree from the University of London, England along with professional designations in CPA Canada, CPA Australia, and PMP.
Vice President - Properties
With over 25 years of experience as a Municipal Land Use Planning Consultant and communications specialist, Ms. Prince acts as Amico’s principal contact and coordinator for all client/media relations. Along with coordinating all of Amico’s ongoing municipal liaison and public consultation practices, Ms. Prince assists the Properties division in all tenant negotiations and the obtaining of required approvals from all levels of Government.
Vice President - Infrastructures
As Vice President, Jamie brings over 20 years of experience to the Amico team and is responsible for corporate strategic planning, directing and coordinating the company’s infrastructure division. An expert in project planning, value engineering, and contract administration. Mr. Di Laudo oversees construction and project management, helping to establish construction methodology, while overseeing scheduling and ensuring compliance with all project specifications.
Vice President - Major Projects
With over 28 years of experience in the heavy civil, transportation, transit and infrastructure construction industries, Mr. Botero possesses a unique combination of hands-on technical experience coupled with strong project management, organizational, financial and communication skills. As Vice President of Major Projects for Amico Affiliates, Mr. Botero is the lead executive for minor to major infrastructure projects including large P3 projects in Ontario. Mr. Botero is able to provide effective and professional management to successfully formulate and collaboratively innovate and implement solutions and strategies to obtain effective results for all parties.
Vice President - Corporate Strategy & Development
Mauro joined Amico in 2014 as Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing and is responsible for strategic planning, initiatives and related marketing activities. Mauro works with Amico Executive Management in the development and execution of mid-term and long-term strategic plans, evaluation of acquisition opportunities and general market and competitive analysis. With Amico Properties and Infrastructures, Mauro leads key projects or components thereof, providing General Management expertise and guidance or Marketing related insight and experience. Mauro comes to Amico with over 10 years of experience in Strategic Management roles in building materials and construction related industries as well as the Canadian Risk Management designation and Executive Education program in Creating Shared Value.
VICE PRESIDENT - DESIGN BUILD
Kevin’s work ethic combines a unique blend of collaboration, expertise, exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. He is a highly accomplished construction professional with an impressive career spanning 25 years in the industry with proven success leading and managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams. His expertise in all aspects of construction management, from conceptualization to project execution along with his reputation for excellence, strategic thinking, and delivering results has been instrumental in the successful execution of projects across diverse sectors. As Vice President of Amico Design Build, Kevin is committed to driving organizational growth, exceeding business objectives, and delivering projects of the highest caliber. He draws on his experience managing construction operations in the GTA and Southern Ontario. Safety, quality, and innovation are at the forefront of Kevin’s approach to construction management, operational strategy and planning. He has successfully demonstrated the ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement innovative solutions to increase project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

With over 25 years of experience working on major and complex construction projects in the UK and in Canada, both in the development and construction delivery phases, Shak places a strong emphasis on building highly collaborative relationships with all parties involved, helping to create successful results within safe working environments. Shak specializes in the delivery of major infrastructure and large complex building projects including but not limited to: Alliance Projects; Progressive Design Build 2 Stage Tendering; Construction Management; and Strategic Framework Partnerships – where trust and transparency are key to ensuring project success.
Shak’s breadth of experience spans the entire project lifecycle, where he is driven to push the boundaries of innovation, eliminate waste in design and construction, foster a “Best for Project Culture” working environment, and to create value through the first-class experiences he provides for the clients and communities he serves.
DIRECTOR - SPECIAL PROJECTS
As the Director Special Projects, Mr. Touralias leads strategic executive initiatives which support the corporation’s goals and provides overall coordination and management of respective business initiatives within Amico Affiliates including A-Linx Building Technologies.
Mr. Touralias brings over 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering, design and management with a major emphasis on business administration, organizational management andintergovernmental coordination.
