Windsor Crossing Premium Outlets is the only outlet mall of its kind in the Windsor area. Conveniently located off Highway 401 and only minutes from the Ambassador Bridge, this prime retail mall provides easy access from Michigan, Ohio and all of southwestern Ontario.

Amico was responsible for overseeing the management of both the design and construction phases for the project. Combining design and construction quality, cost, schedule and safety into a single point of responsibility ensured the efficient and timely delivery of the project. Amico’s scope of work included all site preparation, exterior envelope, interior finishes, servicing, all mechanical and electrical systems and pavement for the project

The Windsor Crossing project was a 300,000 SF outlet mall that had as many as 80 employees from 15 different trades on site throughout its duration.
