Amico was the design-builder and site works contractor for the above-grade Science and Research building, which includes one additional partial-storey below grade and a mechanical penthouse above.

Scope

Amico managed all mechanical, electrical, interior finishes, and exterior envelope. Amico also self-performed all earthworks, site servicing and pavement around the facility.
