Scope

Amico, acting as a direct Sub-Contractor to Mattamy Homes, was tasked with the crucial role of supplying and installing the prefabricated building superstructure.
Leveraging A-LINX (a wholly owned subsidiary), Amico not only installed but also manufactured a load-bearing wall system, complete with a prefinished exterior,
streamlining the construction process significantly. The comprehensive scope of work entrusted to Amico included:

  • Supplying and Installing Prefinished Cold-Formed Metal (CFM)
    Wall Panels
  • Supplying and Installing Structural Steel
  • Installing Cast-in-Place Stair and Elevator Cores
  • Installing Precast Balconies, Stairs, and Landings
  • Installing Comslab
  • 148,500 SF 6-storey condominium
