The Hive Condominium

Description

This renovation saw the addition of four new storeys atop an existing single-storey building to create a boutique condominium in downtown Windsor.

Scope

Amico and A-LINX collaborated to reinforce the concrete foundations
and complete the cores, precast concrete, supply/installation of floor system, and modular construction for the Hive multi-residential building. The project was one of the first in Canada to feature such a large amount of prefabricated metal siding (80%) requiring precise planning and installation.
