Silver Maple Apartments is a seven-storey building that includes a mix of affordable and market rental units, 65 of which were designated as attainable. It is an inclusive, vibrant and attainable neighborhood in Guelph where seniors can live independently in safety and comfort.

Scope

In addition to its role as Gener al Contractor, Amico also worked with St. Joseph’s Healthcare to develop the mixed-income, mixed-use approach that ensured ongoing financial viability upon completion.

  • Use of A-LINX modular construction technology and Amico Infrastructures on site servicing and civil works proved decisive in meeting time and budget requirements.

    (CMHC) through the National Housing Co-Investment Fund (NHCF)
