Description

The Mill Landing is an extension of the 42 Mill St. site created in conjunction with the Town of Halton Hills, located in the heritage area of downtown Georgetown. The 116-unit, five-storey 150,000 sq. ft.. (approx.) condominium includes two levels of underground parking. There is also a dedicated 14-unit townhouse complex. The project will mark the completion of Georgetown’s newest luxury development community.

Scope

Amico, as the sole owner, developer and constructor of the project was responsible for all equity, site selection, permitting, design and construction, sales and contracting aspects.

As founder and President, Mr. Amicone directs, co-ordinates, and oversees a select team of dedicated professionals to ensure overall target objectives are attained.
