New Grandview Kids

Description

The New Grandview Kids treatment centre is a four-storey, 94,733 SF therapy and support-focused facility providing treatments for children and youth in the Ajax/Durham Region. The facility will be an open, welcoming and inclusive community-based paediatric facility, offering an integrated mix of rehabilitation, medical and clinical services, as well as education and research activities.

Scope

Design, build and finance the new purpose-built facility located on five acres of land donated by the Town of Ajax.
