Description

Developed on the former Molson Brewery lands, the building features a broad and strategic combination of healthcare services including the BCFHT, and allied health services including a pharmacy, labs, physiotherapy, audiology, in-home health, dentists, and many others.

Scope

Amico completed full site and building development. Additionally, Amico managed all M/E, interior finishes, and exterior envelope, as well as self-performing all earthworks, site servicing and pavement around the building.

Key Features

  • Amico led the design development process, working collaboratively with the FHT, MoHLTC and project designers.
  • Due to adverse winter weather, and in order to meet the contracted
    handover date to the client, schedule compression was required to make up for lost time.
