Scope

Amico entities were involved in all aspects of the property, including

  • site acquisition, along with all permitting and approvals

Key Features

  • Amico’s modular division, A-LINX, is installing a light-gauge steel wall system and composite floor system

  • During bulk excavation, a three-foot thick layer of rubble was discovered that was not previously identified in Geotech reports. This required a new disposal site for the unusable soil
