Amico is part of the West Corridor Constructors (WCC), the consortium currently expanding the Highway 401 with 18 kilometres of new lanes from Mississauga to Milton. The multi-lane expansion, which recently opened to live traffic, will help fight gridlock and keep goods and people moving across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. WCC will be working towards substantial and final completion in 2023.
