Amico to Build Energy Efficient Apartment Building in East Windsor

Amico has been retained by the Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) to construct their Meadowbrook Development. The project will include on-site surface parking with drive aisles leading up to a 10-storey apartment building. The project has been designed to the Passive House Standards and Amico looks forward to working with CHC, its partners and team members.
