Amico Consortium Announced as Preferred Proponents for the Grandview Children’s Treatment Centre Redevelopment Project

Amico is pleased to announce that the Children First Consortium (CFC) has been named the preferred proponent by Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Grandview Children’s Centre (the Clients) to Design-Build-Finance (DBF) the Grandview Children’s Treatment Centre Redevelopment Project (Grandview). CFC is a consortium composed of Amico and Sacyr that was assembled to DBF the Grandview Project located in Ajax, ON. Final design will begin immediately, and construction is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2022.
