Amico is pleased to announce that the Children First Consortium, in which Amico is a proponent team member with Sacyr and designers Parkin Architects, has achieved financial close on the Grandview Children’s Centre (the new Grandview Kids). The project will begin immediately with design and pre-construction activities and will result in an approximate 100,000+ square foot building on a five acre site.
The new Grandview Kids will be delivered as a design, build and finance contract and will improve the range of rehabilitation services for children and youth with special needs in the Durham region.
